Gregory Door & Window in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a WINDOW & DOOR INSIDE SALES associate with strong construction knowledge, strong communication skills, some managerial experience, and computer literate (will train on specific window and door programs). This is a career opportunity for the right individual with a knack for sales - with an emphasis on windows and doors. A wide/varied background of construction knowledge is very helpful.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Meeting with established accounts and new clientele, educating them on our products, and determining which product is applicable for them

- Ordering product, checking acknowledgments, overseeing job profit, comparing Profit and Loss assessments

- Juggling multiple jobs at one time, computer work, office-based functions, occasionally outside site visits

- Staying organized and on top of each job is absolutely imperative and a must

- Detail-oriented and innate ability to focus while working in a busy office

Inside Window & Door Sales Job Responsibilities (partial, more discussed during interview process)

  • Follow established policies, processes, and procedures to obtain a signed estimate plus 50% deposit to place the order, receive the product, ensure invoices are paid then line up deliveries. Go through close-out documentation at the end of each order/job.
  • Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new as well as working with existing accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations to customers, and preparing estimates followed by placing the order, receiving payment and scheduling delivery of product,
  • Office work includes but not limited to: responding to phone and e-mail inquiries, handling walk-ins, ensuring all estimates are properly done in a timely manner. Give new account information to Logistics for verification and set-up.
  • Inform and communicate to the customer of expected delivery date or any changes all while keeping them apprised of their order. Work closely with Logistics and Project Manager to schedule/set up new jobs.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following established standards (Policies, Processes, and Procedures) and any recommendations for improvement.
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplish department and organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new, existing, and different requests.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.

Salary is Dependent On Experience. MInimum salary begins at $60,000 annually.

Valid Driver's License Required. Background Check Performed. May request DMV Print-out. Work week is Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration; or a degree that would complement sales. Natural sales ability is vital and essential!

- Miinimum 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred.

- Familiarity with office software and phone systems

- Solid and strong work ethic. Only serious-minded, well-rounded, even-keeled applicants apply.
